Is there any tips or configuration about search by tag or just there is a bug?

Currently, I don't think it is possible to enter a search term for tag filtering.

But what you can do:

  • Enter * as search term
  • Filter for tags

It's a good idea for demo site, but I think it may cause heavy load on production. reversely this type of dangerous terms should be controlled precisely. I don't know how OCIS handles wild star *, but generally if its forwarded directly to search engine, it can be dangerous thing.

Sure but afair we have a limit of 200, so it shouldnt stress the server too much.

Now we got the tags in the list working for you, you can also click on a tag and it will trigger the search for you :)

If you sure it can be safe trick, however my system (with limited resources) was crashed!

Weird oc:limit200</oc:limit> is set when running the search query

AlexAndBear avatar Jul 16 '24 19:07 AlexAndBear

local site can't be a valid reference, If you are controlling the query it's safe method.

Got you, you could also just press enter in the search field, which wont trigger any search, but you will land on the search page, where you can filter for the tags. About the * worries, I leave it open to be answered by the backend ppl
