Directly indent bulleted lists

Bulleted lists don’t directly indent, they first need writing after them. But any * or - (with space afterwards) at the beginning of a line should start a bulleted list and directly be indented.

Even though * * * is a horizontal line, I'll take a look at this. mdEdit should prefer lists over horizontal lines.
