Add i18n support to app

Add the moment english is the only localization language. Please add i18n support and I will happily provide german translation.

Hello @phedlund ,

another user contacted me at nextcloud forums about l10n support of your app. Will you accept PR and make new release to app store?

I am not an iOS developer, but will look into it.

Hello,

had a look at https://github.com/owncloud/notes-iOS-App/commit/b36e2cf08e4a2a039440dfe52da116a49397dd01 and I am not sure if I can make the app multi language without having Xcode. Seen many GUID in project files.

Do I need Xcode?
