[iOS11] Drag&Drop

Taking advantage of the multitask (https://github.com/owncloud/ios/issues/924), items can be moved from an app to another. In this way, files can be dragged and dropped from apps like Photos to oC.

Moreover, drag&drop doesn't require the multitasking in split view shown in #924. Can be implemented independently.

if we talk about iOS11, what about connecting OwnCloud with the Files app? Are there any plans?

@leafarenuk this would be another Enhancement, you are right. You can open it in a new issue and let the current one to the Drag&Drop. Thank you very much for your suggestion.
