Image browsing is very slow - file prefetch would help

Browsing of the images is very slow, loading of every image takes couple of seconds. Other cloud clients (Dropbox, OneDrive) preloads next image when user looks at the previous one.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open image and wait few seconds
2. Slide left to open next image

Expected behaviour

Next image appears immediately

Actual behaviour

Progress icon appears, image is loaded after couple of seconds

Server configuration

Web server: apache 2.4.18

Database: MySQL 5.7

PHP version: php 7.0

ownCloud version: 9.1.5

Client

iOS version: 10.3.3

ownCloud app version: 3.6.0

Device model: iPhone 6s
