mass clearing of conflic errors

Steps to reproduce

1. install ownCloud app on iphone
2. enable instant uploads
3. not sure exactly when this occurred, but I noticed today a load of photos hadn't uploaded and saw the problem

Expected behaviour

I expect that if i have many upload errors of a certain type, there should be a way of telling owncloud how to clear all of them in one go.

Also there should be an option to not upload if the file is there already.

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead:

if you have lots of failed uploads, due to a conflict error, there should be a way to mass clear them.

I had some kind of authentication problem for a while which caused a lot of instantuploads to fail, or to upload to the server but the iOS client did't fully register that they were uploaded, so it kept trying and ended up with lots of failures due to conflicts.

Currently you have to click on each conflict error and choose overwrite or rename. not workable if you have 100s
