Allow scrolling during text editing

Open dbolton opened this issue 9 years ago • 2 comments

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open (or create) a text with enough lines to go beyond the current screen view
  2. Tap "Edit"
  3. Try to scroll the text file while in edit mode (by swiping the page up or down)

Expected behaviour

Text should scroll

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens. You can only edit the top portion of the text file from within the iOS ownCloud app.

Client

iOS version: 10.0.1 (14A403)

ownCloud app version: iOS 3.5.0 (84af711)

Device model: MG5A2LL/A

Could you provide us more details? type of file, size, device. Thanks for your feedback

i reproduce the problem with this set up:

File size: 200B (txt) iPhone 6s Plus iOS v9.3.2 Model MKU12QL/A version 3.5.1

sep-29-2016 13-24-55

But, if i open a larger file, the scroll bar appears. So, if the whole file can be displayed in the screen, the scroll bar is not needed and when the keyboard appears, the text underneath will be not accesible anymore
