Hi @landrunner22002,

share a .psd file to ownCloud from mail app it is allowed and works.

Seems a problem in Pixelmator app, in how they send the file.

Could you send a copy to another app, like Apple mail app or google mail app and then open the .psd file and select share to ownCloud? Thanks!

I discovered a bug... I've put these parameters:

Settings>ownCloud>Location=Always Settings>ownCloud>Photos=On Settings>ownCloud>Background App Refresh=On

And none upload is done... so I've opened iOs Owncloud on iPad : upload started immediately.

Something didn't work with "Background App Refresh" to avoid to open "owncloud app"...

@landrunner22002 I want to mean follow this steps: STEP I: We need a .psd file already attached in the mail, follow steps A, B or C to achieved: A: 1.Go to .psd file inside Pixelmator app 2. Tap on the .psd file 3. In the preview mode tap on the bottom to share 4. Tap on the mail icon app 5. A compose mail view should appears, select to send to the same account you have config in your device

B: Attached the .psd through your computer.

nothing happing after selected attached file in apple mail into Owncloud...

not attached the .psd from mail because is a known bug, we will fixed sooner.

C: 1.Go to .psd file inside Owncloud app 2. Tap on the .psd file 3. In the preview mode tap on the bottom left icon to share 4. Tap on the mail icon app 5. A compose mail view appears, select to send to the same account Now we have a .psd in mail app

STEP II:

  1. Open mail app
  2. Go to the mail you have already sent to you, that had a .psd already attached
  3. Tap on .psd file
  4. In the preview mode tap on the share icon, select to send to Owncloud

Now you have your .psd file inside your Owncloud account. Owncloud allows .psd files from other apps.

Pixelmator maybe is sending another type of data, like the url instance the content

Hello !

I've performed steps previously requested: it's working. But I don't understand why you said there's data type difference between format files "PSD & PXM" and "PNG & JPG"...

I've try a new test with USB Disk app and I found a bug: under Owncloud iOS app>select PSD or PXM file>tap icon export>select "Open in...">Copy to USB Disk under USB Disk iOS app>select PSD or PXM file>tap icon export>select Owncloud icon

Window is opened but impossible to create or change folder. And the upload file didn't work with Owncloud iOS app open... Same issue with png/jpg file.

@swh5a01 Is not working for you? Are you using 3.5.1 version? Attached files within mail app should work

If you have an issue please open a new ticket with a detail information, thanks!
