[3.8.0 - 3.8.1] No folder showing

We are having issues with some of our user. We have our owncloud server and everything is working correctly

We log on the user OwnCloud account on the web page or the Windows apps without any problem. We can see her folders and everything.

When we log on the iOS app in the folder section there is nothing. But in the settings we did activate the upload for photos and videos. When the user take photos and videos it will upload on the server without any problem it will show in the "synching" section in the iOS App. But it will not show in the folder section in the app on the iPhone.
