[BUG] Media import looping

Steps to reproduce

1. Open app.
2. Go to Status
3. Let Media import run (takes long time)
4. When done, close the app and re-open.
5. Media import will start again.

Expected behavior

Media import should just import what's missing and not try to import everything every time.

Actual behavior

Media import runs its course, then starts again on the next launch of the application.

Media Import from "Auto Upload" I assume? Did you took images and video on the same device, or do they need to be downloaded from iCloud first?

Images and video are from same device (1+ year, nothing new added from iCloud from other device). If I turn off the auto upload this behaviour stops.

Same here. And the stop button next to it is not working, pushing it is doing nothing. Expectation would be, that the media import stops, and doesnt add any more upload items to the list. Very annoying when you added 3000 photos to upload and then want to cancel the upload. The media import
