Steps to reproduce

1.Install tree/create-thumbnail-command on Owncloud v9.1.1 2.Use latest gallery, gallery+ or older gallery compatible with the tree create-thumbnail-command 3.Run sudo -u www-data ./occ gallery:create-thumbnails --all
