Keyboard shortcuts

For me it is a pretty standard feature that keyboard shortcuts (like space for play/pause, arrows for seeking and volume) are supported. It makes watching videos much easier.

I've started to work on this and it shouldn't be too difficult, but I somehow hit a wall and didn't have time to look at it further.

I'm also testing the MediaElement player, which recently had some good improvements and offers keyboard shortcuts by default.
