Video Playback causes issues for Customers

The project-name Users experiencing major issues with video playback

The video file to reproduce the issue is: Schulung_Vorstaende_Urnenwahl Video.mp4 (Größe: 450MB) Videoformat: H264 – MPEG-4 AVC Audioformat: MPEG AAC, 44100 Hz

The following issues were observed and can be reproduced:

Same file on personal owncloud with/without docker, on 10.8, mediaviewer 10.8 is not causing issues independent of the used browser.

Can someone provide a summary of influence factors that affect Videoplayback in the browser with files streamed from oc10.
