WHY Should This Change Be Made?
because it's confusing, here I am and want to setup the app, but no, there is a link to another page in the setup section of the page that should contain all info about the app.

The link to the occ commands is genreally correct including the location. But I agree that according to the section title Setup & Configuration a proper description with steps and cases or examples should be made.
Please file a PR with a suggestion.
A PR that copy pastes what behind the link to the page the link is located? Really? :)
