WHY Should This Change Be Made?

currently, both articles have the same name: File Lifecycle Management

If you search - on the first glance both search results look the same, you don't know which one is for setup and which one is for users to be informed about the functionality.

The issue is a different one. It has nothing to do with naming but in which manual you search/a result is shown for which manual. = improve searching and presenting results.

That can take a long time. We had issues with the search and attempts to improve it since we got it.

What I am proposing is a quick solution to a problem now.
