default webUI notification behavior changed

What Needs to be Documented?

core PR https://github.com/owncloud/core/pull/37875 changed the default notifications behavior on the webUI. Things like:

• notifications come at the bottom of the screen
• color/layout is different
• notifications now have a close button by default

Where Does This Need To Be Documented?

Need to look for where there are screen shots of notifications and replace them. Maybe there is text that might now be able to mention the close button.
