Any file uploaded to Google Drive External storage failed

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect a external storage like Google Drive Workspace Account
2. Try to upload any file with any size
3. The UI say i dont have space left and abort the upload

Expected behaviour

I expected files has been uploaded, because the account in Google Drive have 5TB space left

Actual behaviour

Any file upload to external folder failed

Server configuration

Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04

Web server: Apache 2.4

Database: MySQL 8.0

PHP version: 7.4

ownCloud version: 10.10.0

Updated from an older ownCloud or fresh install: Fresh install

Where did you install ownCloud from: Source code
