Improve alignment of Group' and 'New Field' labels

Currently, when a contact is created or edited, the label and button for 'Group' and 'New Field' are both aligned indented, in line with the address components. This makes it already they are related to address (which they are not), rather than storage field entities.

Expected/resolution: Below address, 'Groups' 'Address Book' and 'New Field' are positioned in line with 'Address' 'Email' etc..
