Display Fullname separately to name fields

Problem:

1. Users who use Organisation name or Nicknames for some of their contacts only see 'Name' written in large letters across the top of the contact when they view any Organisation contact. The name they wish to use is much smaller below. This looks terrible and is confusing for users.
2. It is not clear to a user what the current entry is for 'Display name' (which should be stored as FN in vCard).

Solution:

1. Have a fullname field where the current name goes, which shows the display name (stored in DAV as FN).
2. If a user tries to edit th9at field, they edit the FN too and have a dropdown choice of: i.e. Fullname / Lastname, Firstname / Organisation / Name (Organisation) / Nickname
3. Below in smaller type (as at present) are editable entries for Organisation, Title, but adding 'Name' first.
