Name display

To ensure effective name display and sorting.

  1. Use Nickname as contact's display name if Name and Organisation are empty

  2. Set FN to be the same as display name i.e. Fullname, or Organisation, or Nickname. (Currently FN is left empty if the contact is an organisation or only has a nickname. This breaks vCard sync/transfer).
