Add "iOS/OS X CardDAV address" to Settings

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open contacts app
  2. Open settings (cogwheel at the bottom left)

Expected behaviour

iOS/OS X CardDAV address https://example.com/remote.php/dav/principals/users/USERNAME/ is shown

Actual behaviour

iOS/OS X CardDAV address is not shown

Server configuration

ownCloud version: 9.0.1

Contacts version: 1.1.0.0
