currently, the GUI test is skipped in the client so shifted to blocked

@amrita-shrestha can you follow up on this one? the stable bot has closed the PR. If it's needed, please do sth else remove from the blocked card. Also I see the related issue in the Blocked column, maybe PR does not needs to be inside the Backlog Spirint at all.

@kiranparajuli589 if you ask me it was ready to merge PR. But @saw-jan dai suggested not to merge any test scenario for now and leave this PR close for now. If you need further detailed info please contact sawjan bro

I was asking because it was recently closed by the stable bot. for now this seems not so important :+1: i'll remove it from the blocked card (as it is closed) if needed, the link is in the issue, anyone can grab it easily.
