At the moment there are 3 tasks mentioned in the release ticket https://github.com/owncloud/client/blob/master/.github/patch_release_template.md

• Prerequisites: Inform the docu team on rocketchat #documentation-internal about an upcoming major or minor release
• Build: Ping #documentation-internal: Changelog is ready.
• Final Rebuild: Inform on #documentation-internal that the tag for the final release will be set
