[VFS] Implement menu entries with native Win Explorer integration

OneDrive added own actions to the context menu.

ownCloud has some actions in separate menu. Could we also add our menu entries to the new menu on the top?

Current state of information is that we need to switch to MSIX, for the installer, in order to properly register with Windows. MSIX will also enable us to provide custom sync states with vfs and thumbnails with placeholders.
