[shell-extensions] Expose version information in About/Versions

Feature description

Now, shell extensions have separate releases. Their versions should shown in the About/Versions window.

The issue is neihter unrelated nor solved by #10980 I would expect an about dialog like in Firefox (I only have a screenshot when the current version is installed. If on old version is isntalled an update button is displayed.)

In Chrome it is about the same
