[BUG] Android mobile app wont accept server address.
Actual behavior
Android Mobile wont authorize using the server address.
Expected behavior
I expect it to authorize so I can then login using username and password.
Steps to reproduce
- I enter the servers address the one I use to access it on the desktop.
- It says testing connection then times out saying unsuccessful authorization.
Can this problem be reproduced with the official owncloud server? (url: https://ocis.ocis.master.owncloud.works, user: einstein, password: relativity)

Hi @Ibenson86! Thanks for opening a new issue! 🍻 Could send the logs when 2FA is disabled? In the logs that you sent it seems that it is failing due to a problem related with 2FA, so... Let's see what's happening without it 🤔
Are the logs from the server or the app? In case they are from the server, they are not useful for us 😅. We would need the logs coming from the app...
Nice, thanks for the logs! 😄 We will take a look as soon as possible and see what's going on
in the logs, there are plenty of:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: failed to connect to /172.17.x.x (port 8080) from /192.168.x.xx (port 522xx) after 60000ms
it's like a connection problem inside that causes a lot of exceptions. It'd help if you'd take the logs with the option Log HTTP requests and responses ticked in.
In case we wouldn't find a reason for your problem, would it be posible to get the url (safety) to test and debug by ourselves with a test account or similar? we would provide you a safe way to send us such info.
@Ibenson86 the url you sent is not reachable, it seems to be a local ip inside a wlan. If your server just runs there, we will not be able to test it. Do you know if the server is exposed outside?
