we should not plan this atm since it's not part of the contract with the schools

@kobergj is the old sharing deprecated and oCIS will only support Sharing NG?

This whole thing came from the feature parity requirement - android can only support the sharing roles as shown in web if we move to sharing ng. ios already supports that.
