[BUG] Chunked uploads appear as uploaded even with no creation permission

Actual behaviour

• File starts to upload. Finally, in uploads view appears as completed but file is not in the file list.

Expected behaviour

• Permission error in both notification and uploads view.

Steps to reproduce

1. User1 shares a folder with User2, with no "create" permission
2. User2 uploads a file bigger than 1MB inside the shared folder

Can this problem be reproduced with the official owncloud server? Yes (url: https://demo.owncloud.org, user: test, password: test)

Environment data

Android version: 7 Device model: Nexus 6P
