Instant upload: manual start

Since the Instant Upload sometimes takes hours (really!) to notice a new photo / video file, it would be great to have the option to "force a check for new files & upload now".

Any chance to get an option to upload photos / videos only while the phone is charging? Pretty useful when you want to use owncloud for "backup" purposes

@jonferreira this is a different feature, an interesting one. there is a open issue about it: https://github.com/owncloud/android/issues/879, you can wake up the discussion there.

I think I have found a workflow that simulates this behavior, at least on app version 2.14.2 release fe23fedb4:

• Go to Settings
• Click the Camera folder (required) option
• Don't choose a folder, just click Cancel

Within seconds, all outstanding files are queued for upload.

I'd still prefer if there was an explicit button for this behavior.
