Starter Magmator Missing Texture

Version: (make sure you are on the latest version before reporting):

  • Minecraft: 1.16.5
  • Forge: 3.2.2
  • Powah: 2.3.6
  • OS: NixOS 21.11 (unstable)

Issue description:

Currently, the starter magmator (and possibly other blocks) fails to render in the world.

Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to view a starter magmator on a Linux (or maybe OSX, not sure about Windows) system.

Also, it should be noted that the breaking particle is also missing, producing the placeholder texture.
