[severus] Unable to start stream for web view 3

Describe the bug Kenku does not play any soundtrack at all, even for local computer output. A few seconds after I start the program, a small popup at the bottom left says "Unable to start stream for web view 3". Also Kenku FM does not appear in the Windows Volume Mixer.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install latest Kenku 1.3.2 or 1.3.3_rc
2. Try to play any track
3. See error

Expected behavior I should be able to hear sound for local output.

Additional context The problem happened after Kenku upgraded to the new version. Before, there were problems with tracks playing for one minute and then muted.

This is should be fixed as part of v1.4.0.

I'm going to keep this issue open as part of our tracking for experimental version

I will say that me and all of my GM's have been having the same issue, both Me with the games and kenku that I run and two others of my GM's as well running the games I'm in. We've tried everything above aside from the source code things. re-cacheing Kenku and discord. re-downloading kenku, and redoing the kenku bot part to no avail

Edit: and we are not using experimental or such, just the latest release

The new release v1.4.0 solved this issue for me. 👍🏻
