Manually enter a year in Grapher's UI

Core problem

Esp for long-time series, it's difficult to select a specific year if the only affordance is the time range slider.

Proposed solution

Make it possible to manually enter a year (or day)

Alternatives

• Back/forward button for more fine-grained control
• Youtube-like affordance where dragging the range slider vertically gives more fine-grained control
• ???

Context

Would also be an accessibility improvements for visually and motion-impaired users
