React component for History of War visualisation

What

Prototype a custom react component that can consume History of War data and generate an interactive version.

Why

We want to see if we can break the back of this major project by tackling the hardest part, the visualisation of conflict data.

This dataset helps researchers study major questions such as: are we becoming less violent over time?

This involves

• [ ] Getting a copy of the data from @bastianherre and @bnjmacdonald
• [ ] Working out where in the site codebase we should keep custom viz code
• [ ] Putting together a first version of the visualisation
