Project: implement relevant charts design changes on homepage

Overview

The homepage should be used to guide readers to the most relevant charts and data that OWID has available. When major world events occur, editors should be able to embed charts along with links that readers can follow to learn more about the data shown in the chart.

Scope

• [ ] Implement the high-fidelity version of the block in HTML+CSS (Figma)
• [ ] Deploy this block to the homepage
• [ ] Wire this up to the CMS, editors should be able to turn it on/off, and customize which charts are shown, along with detailed text and links

Success means

The homepage contains a "relevant charts" module which editors can use to embed charts, associated text, and links to more details. They should be able to turn this module on and off, and update the charts as situations progress.
