Create steps for all external dependencies

In this issue we can list all external uses of ETL datasets. This issue will be completed once those uses are added as steps in the new external channel (see this issue for more context).

• [ ] Uses from owid-grapher (following Sophia's comment). Grapher has the following indicator IDs currently hardcoded:

• Continents: 123 (probably ok)
• Population: 597929 (used in the admin as default size dimension for scatter plots)
• More population variables: 525709, 525711, 597929, 597930 (used to exclude the population indicator from being displayed in the sources modal in certain cases)
• (new entity selector) Population: 597930 (used to sort entity names)
• (new entity selector) GDP per capita: 735665 (used to sort entity names)

• [ ] Uses from notebooks.
• [ ] Uses from energy-data.
• [ ] Uses from co2-data.
• [ ] Uses from poverty-data.
• [ ] Uses from covid-19-data.
• [ ] Other uses?

TODO: Once completed, consider creating an issue in owid-grapher to ensure all those instances use indicators from the external channel of the owid catalog.
