Hopefully there's no breaking changes and ydata-profiling just works with Pandas 2 - but the requirements pin it to version 1.6 or lower I believe.

Looks like all the dependencies have Conda packages already so hopefully packaging for Conda should be straight forward. I'll keep you posted how I go @Alek99
