Hopefully there's no breaking changes and ydata-profiling just works with Pandas 2 - but the requirements pin it to version 1.6 or lower I believe.

I saw jupyter-server 2.11.1 was released a few hours ago and I no longer get jupytext errors when launching Jupyter lab with it. This appears to be resolved.

Looks like all the dependencies have Conda packages already so hopefully packaging for Conda should be straight forward. I'll keep you posted how I go @Alek99
