To cope with strange characters in Windows usernames, in /iis/wix/list_dependencies.bat line 25 should be quoted: SET log_file="%TEMP%"\ModSecurityIIS-depedencies-%log_file:~-5%.TXT

I'm not sure what makes you say that. A new release was published for ModSecurity for IIS a mere 13 days ago.
