Feature Request: Better logging / verbose messages

It would be nice if Amass had some more verbose logging messages, especially when using the -v flag.

A few suggestions:

• Notifying amass has started the scan
• Summarizing the results of amass intel (currently sometimes exits without any output)
• Notifying when connections to whois providers have been dropped
• -v: Notify which domains failed to resolve for the SanityChecks

Some supported services take long time to complete (enum mode), It would be nice if we know which are still running and which are completed.

Currently working on a fix for this :) I also noticed intel provides no logs whatsoever. Is this expected?
