Disable on github pages on enterprise

Description

On GitHub Enterprise without subdomain isolation, URL for GitHub pages becomes

• https://example.com/pages/${username}/${reponame}

instead of

• https://pages.example.com/${username}/${reponame}

Because of this, octotree sidebar is shown on GitHub pages.

Is it to possible to disable this?

• Octotree version: 2.5.1
• Browser & version: Google Chrome 71.0.3578.98
• OS & version: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6
