File ownership in rpm

Steps to reproduce this issue :

sudo rpm -i https://github.com/ovh/svfs/releases/download/v0.9.1/svfs-0.9.1-1.x86_64.rpm

Results you expected :

No warning.

Results you observed :

Additional information :

The file ownership in rpm are is follows. I think the owner should be root.
