Start Savings Plan in the future

As an OVHcloud customer using Savings Plan for compute instances, I want to be able to start a Savings Plan in the future I could be also able to terminate it if it has not been started.

Start Savings Plan in the future feature done (API/Manager) Terminate pending Savings Plan (API only, Manager to come soon)

"Terminate" pending Savings Plan feature added in OVHcloud control panel. Savings Plan can be started in the future (API/Control Panel) + Cancel (API/Control Panel)
