Compute - Distant instance backup

As a customer, I want to replicate my instance backup in another zone/region of OVHcloud to increase backup resilience. This feature will offer Instance Remote Backup has an option.

Distant instance backup is now available. Using OVHcloud API you can :

• Create a backup in a different region
• Create an instance from a distant backup
• Restore an instance from a distant backup

Add a remote backup is now an option available in OVHcloud Manager.

From the Public Cloud Instances listing page you can click on the "..." button to the right of the instance, select Create backup and add a remote backup.
