Security Groups management in OVHCloud Control Panel

Current status

Security groups are supported by OVHCloud Public Cloud service and can be managed by the following interfaces :

• Openstack CLI
• Openstack GUI - Horizon
• Openstack terraform provider

User story

As a OVH Public Cloud service user, I can manage my security groups in OVHCloud and apply them on my instances so that I do not have to configure & learn an additional tool to do that.

Acceptance criteria

User can list, create, update security groups in OVHCloud Control Panel User can update the security groups that are applied to an instance
