As a ML engineer/AI Tools user, I would like to have access to NVIDIA L40S GPU flavors when I use AI Notebooks, AI Training and AI Deploy

so that I can tackle large models, deep-learning or high-performance computing to unleash the power of AI.

Acceptance criteria

• NVIDIA L40S GPU are available as a new flavor
• Available on AI Notebooks, AI Training and AI Deploy
• Pay-as-you-go (prices available here: https://www.ovhcloud.com/en-ie/public-cloud/prices/)
• Ability to launch through UI, CLI and API
