Static private IPs on managed databases

As an OVHcloud customer using Managed Redis with strict iptables in output (e.g: I open a single IP instead of a wide range) I want the managed Redis to have a static private IP when deployed in a vRacks so that in case the Managed Redis is updated, resize or any related changes during the life cycle of my service I can still use my service without neither updating my iptables or widening the iptables rules.
