Hi,

We do not have a turnkey solution to address this need directly in Public Cloud. Part of the answer is there : https://help.ovhcloud.com/csm/en-public-cloud-compute-create-restore-virtual-server-from-backup?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0050670 For your information also, 3AZ region is about to come in Paris beginning 2025...
