Data-sync on a specific volume

User story

As a user/data scientist/Machine Learning engineer,
 I would like to be able to run a data-sync on a specific volume instead of all of them while still being able to run a full data-sync

so that I can adjust according to my needs.

Acceptance criteria

  • I can run a data-sync on a single volume
  • Data-sync performed from volume to app/job/notebook or from app/job/notebook to volume
  • I can still run a full data-sync
  • Ability to use via UI, CLI, API
