AI Tools - S3 storage compatibility

User Story

As a customer, I would like to be able to attach a S3 container to my AI jobs and AI notebooks, including OVHcloud's High Perf Storage solution but also AWS S3, Azure Blob, ... so that I can access and use my data stored over a remote S3 compliant interface when I use AI Tools (Training, Notebooks, Apps).

Acceptance criterias

• I can manage storage endpoints via CLI and API, for S3 and Swift (add / remove)
• I can attach S3 containers when I create an app, job or a notebook.
• The S3 container is then synchronized with my previously launched app, job or notebook.
• Possibility to attach any internal and external S3 storage (OVH, AWS, ...).
• S3 storage full compliancy
