public-cloud-roadmap Resource metrics for running instances

It would be helpful for debugging and analytical purposes to have resource usage metrics of running instances available through OpenStack/OVH.

There are scenarios where getting these statistics from the running instance itself can be challenging or otherwise difficult in specialised applications. Having these metrics available directly from OpenStack or and OVH panel/API would be very beneficial for this userbase. Most cloud providers allow these metrics to be seen, some even have alerting engines in-built (I.e. CloudWatch in AWS), so this would further make OVH's offering more competitive.

@marcoslater you are right. I will create two issues, one will address the need of metrics, the other the need of logs.
