2FA Status of subaccounts and collaborators not visible

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For compliance it is important to ensure that only accounts with 2FA have certain access rights.

Describe the solution you'd like Like other software (for example github) shows if 2fa is enabled in the user list. This should be visible for sub accounts as well as collaborators in cloud projects.

Describe alternatives you've considered Contractual solutions are a bad workaround.
